Successful. Free. Fully you.
You're achieving a lot. But are you still you?

"The role fits. I don't."
“I want lightness back — without lowering the bar.”
"At the top, real conversations are rare. And I feel it."
This can't be all there is.
"Success without happiness is the ultimate failure."
Tony Robbins

Voices from the journey.
"Our sparring was never just business and never just personal. Florian has a way of bringing both together and turning that into decisions that genuinely hold up in the business. For us as business partners, that was a real breakthrough."
Dr. Matthias Hüsgen
Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Blackeight – Brand Sparring Partner, Munich
"Throughout my career, I have experienced many forms of consulting and coaching. Florian works differently: at the point where decisions are truly made. I gained a clarity about my direction that no strategy paper could have given me – and the resolve to turn that clarity into the right decisions."
Andreas Mattivi
Vice President of Engineering, Technologiekonzern
"I had reached a point where working harder was no longer the answer. Working with Florian untied the knot: clarity about what I truly want – and the inner calm to lead confidently in a complex international environment. The biggest step of my career came out of it."
Marc-Dominic Plomitzer
CEO (Amministratore Delegato), Gruppo Assimoco · Head of International Division & M&A, R+V Versicherung AG
„What fascinates me about Florian’s work is its depth. He does not optimize the façade of a leader. He goes to the place where leadership actually begins: Who am I when role, status, and performance fall away? It is uncomfortable – and that is exactly why it matters.“
Mike Piepers
Founder & Managing Director, Mirage · Co-Autor des Hero's-Path-Manifests

The Ultimate Leader is what every human is capable of becoming —when they answer the call, walk the threshold, and remember who they have always been behind the mask.”
Free. Whole. Here to leave a mark.
Frei, loszulassen, was dich zurückhält.
Here to leave a mark.
Verwurzelt in deiner eigenen Wahrheit.
Successful. Free. Fully you.
This is the call. Are you ready to answer it?
One question or the whole picture. In a group or one-to-one. Find the right entry into The Hero’s Path, or start with an honest conversation about where you stand.
THE HERO'S PATH. Successful. Free. Fully you.
